Studio culture day-Hato Press

Our first visit of the day was to Hato Press in Hoxton, a Risograph printer and publishing house. The studio space was small and colourful with their work displayed all over the walls. We got a short demonstration on how the Risograph printers work, the paper and ink they use and how they at Hato work with their clients.fr_650_v3It was cool to see all the work they have done over the years and the well known clients they’ve worked with such as Asos, Urban Outfitters and the design museum. We also learned about the workshops and internships they have available and got the chance to see the prints and books they sell along with other products they’ve created there.
