Printing research-anthology redesign

Researching into printing was interesting as we all got such varied prices from £640 to over £3000. It wasn’t possible to get an exact quote for free as our book isn’t a standard size but to get a general idea I picked the closest size being A5 and used three different sites-bookprintinguk.com, doxzoo.com and pixartprinting.com.

Hannah even tried the Newspaper Club and got a quote double our budget. The main point we got from getting the quotes was that it would definitely be best to print through the university print centre as well as printing in only one colour to stay on budget. Also as we preferably wanted to screw bind the book we would have to bind it ourselves as a studio as well to stay within the £500 budget.
